xxx In threads - polls? Not very good machinery in Discourse. Nor in NextCloud (better for surveys). Replace with a stand-alone tool?

xxx Sociocratic circle protocols - consent. Sometimes, voting?

xxx General assembly - one member, one vote. 

 `new proposal` Plus small additions? for scale, for depth of contribution? 

xxx General assembly process: conducted via a facilitated process, such as using a toolset like Consul?
