The Circles are composed of operational members and they carry out the provisioning of the of meet.coop: platform spaces, media spaces, venue spaces. They also are responsible for bringing strategic and operational matters into multistakeholder venues - , , the Forum - for considerations of stewarding.

The Online Meeting Co-operative has a organisational structure consisting of three circles, with the following roles filled by its operational members.

The Lead in each circle is the PM and point person to contact when someone outside the circle needs information, and makes sure the circle gets necessary external resources to be successful.

Organisational Circle Roles

Lead: vacant

Legal is responsible for the legal status of our multistakeholder co-operative and any contracts with our partners. The role is currently shared by the Circle.

Data Governance is responsible for our data policies, such as GDPR compliance and responding to data-related requests. The role is currently shared by the Circle.

Business Planning is responsible for our business strategy, including market intelligence, product-market fit research, developing our product roadmap, and financial sustainability. The role is currently shared by the Circle.

Finance is responsible for financial planning and facilitating payments. This role is currently vacant.

Membership Care is responsible for ensuring operational members are cared for in the co-operative, and liaises with leads from the user community. This role is currently vacant.

Membership and Reseller Management is responsible for the relationship between our organisation and its members, including managing membership statuses, processing new operational member applications, user member accounts, and our reseller relationships. Server Procurement is responsible for purchasing and retiring our product servers and serves as the interface with server providers, managing payments, communicating service disruptions, and resolving hardware issues with our vendors. This role is currently filled by Yurko and Elon at .

Service Provisioning is responsible for deploying software and monitoring tools on our procured servers to deliver reliable videoconferencing service to our members, as well as maintaining our infrastructure codebase. This role is currently filled by Henning at .
